In 2050, global tensions between China, Russia, Europe, and the United States eventually caused a great war that lasted 10 years, ending with the use of atomic bombs by all forces involved. This war resulted in the near extermination of humanity and was an unprecedented disaster for the earth's ecosystem. Resources, both material and human, were brought to their lowest ebb, leaving humanity with little chance of regaining its former glory.
After the war, the governments of the five surviving countries created a unified space base on Mars.
300 years later, scientists succeeded in proving the existence of the soul and brought humanity into a new era
