actually fun fact Disney doesn't own "marvel" if I'm not mistaken they only own the MCU they might own more but I know for fact spidermoons is owned by Sony and I believe Deadpool fell under himself (hense why we've gotten 3 Spiderman movies in 3~ years when before stans death 🫡 would be nice he had at least a few more years the guy was a legend and a half we got 3 movies over like 20~ years)
It's not bad, it just looks like a summary of the original Captain America film with some small changes, literally since most of the time everything happens in 3 person and the protagonist appears less and less.
