Chapitre 75: In Times Of Reassurance

I woke at the crack of dawn and found myself nuzzled snugly in Orion's arms while he slept. The way he had held me to sleep resembled an otter hugging its young as I wondered to myself how comfortable that position must have been for him to sleep through the night without moving a single inch.

No way… He couldn't actually be—

I gasped to myself and stuck my index finger horizontally beneath his nose before sighing in relief when his breath warmed my finger. I rested my head briefly against his sturdy chest as I felt the rise and fall of his chest as he breathed.

Well, it looks like I am still half asleep. That momentary anxiety inducing thought has gotten me so shaken that I'm certain I'm sober now. The issue now is…
