Chapitre 75: Chapter 75: Surprised

Slowly, Rye got out of the carriage, looking around carefully and still a little amazed by the shiny stones the gates of the mansion seemed to be made of.

It made her wonder just how much more beautiful the ones she had seen would be.

"Apprentice, you should get back in! I'll take you in!" The driver told her signaling that he would be the one to step out and talk to the guards, not her.

Realizing the blunder she had made, Rye immediately got back in and waited until she would be asked to get out.

"I guess I'll be seeing Klas soon!' Rye thought, the idea of him refusing to let her in not once crossing her mind.

Indeed, they were allowed in and Rye watched as the carriage rolled across the grounds and made it farther through the mansion grounds until it got to the entrance where it finally stopped.
