Chapitre 197: Arena Sixty Five: Oblivion XXXIII

It had been around a week since we had come to the base. We had grown accustomed to the place by now, and the remaining soldiers didn't seem to mind our presence either. There seemed to be some dissatisfaction among the soldiers from the squads which had lost their captains... But Miles took care of those too.

In these seven days, we had gone hunting thrice to the forest outside the city. Water was also available from the river, so food and water were not an issue here.

All in all, everyone seemed to have calmed down... Except for one person.

"She has... Completely turned into a zombie, huh."

I commented as I watched the woman in front of me from a distance. She was normal (though hungry) up until yesterday... But today, she had turned completely.

By she, I meant Jennifer.
