Once you're a Hero, there's an option where you don't have to complete a quota for doing you duty. And it's to be an officer for the Hero Association of your own country or maybe the world.

There are Hero Associations for each country and there's also the World Hero Associations. Most of the staffs and officers are superhumans. And those who do field job like the person in front of the car I'm currently driving, Lydia, is a Magician who worked with the USA Hero Association.

She bravely stands in front of my car blocking me and telling me that foreign Hero is not allowed to act on his own. But Heroes are Heroes. Why do we have to be stopped because of their country's pride?
