Scathach and Morgan looked at Jeanne with wide eyes. They knew that the young god might have a way to cut them off from the throne of heroes, but they didn't think he would do something like this.
'Did he just give her his divine power? Isn't that basically saying he made her into a god, Even though she is just a lesser god? A god is still a god.'
Scathach and Morgan exchanged glances; they knew what the others wanted. Morgan wanted his power, but Scathach wanted to fight him. She yearned for a strong opponent; maybe fighting him would be more enjoyable than fighting with his sister.
"What about you two?"
Sullivan asked them, and if they didn't want to take on the burden of his divine power, he could just summon another servant. No big deal.
The two then pondered for a moment; they didn't want him to know that they were easy to please, but they didn't know that he already knew what they desired the most. and he was really relieved that Scathach didn't seem to want to die any time soon.
Finally, The one who spoke first was Morgan.
"I will gladly accept your power, but know that I will use it for my own selfish desires."
Morgan spoke as she looked into Sullivan's eyes. She was testing his boundery. Sullivan met Morgan's gaze with a knowing smile, understanding her need to assert her independence. He replied calmly,
"I respect your honesty, Morgan. Rest assured, my power is yours to wield as you see fit. However, you should also remember that If you cross the line, Hell would be the last place you have to worry about."
His eyes change color to that of hellfire. Morgan felt her soul being oppressed by just being stared at. This told her that even if she had his divine power, He would still be able to deal with her easily. She was afraid but also felt excited, which meant he was much more powerful than she thought.
She replied to him, her voice trembling slightly. No one could tell if she was excited or afraid.
"I understand the consequences of crossing that line, and I assure you, I have no intention of challenging your authority. I am grateful for the opportunity to wield your power and will use it responsibly."
Sullivan knew that she talked bullshit but didn't care much, as he also knew what she truly desired. She wanted vengeance. And if it didn't harm him or his people, then she could do whatever she wanted, but with a certain threshold, of course.
Now to his final servant.
Scathach just nodded and didn't explain anything more. He knew what she wanted already, so he wouldn't say much.
And when he got their consent, there was no need for him to hold back anymore.
"Then receive it, as I can't hold it in any longer."
Sullivan held on to it and didn't show it on his face, but now he can't hold it in anymore.
Scathach and Morgan looked at him with eyes wide open as his divine power gushed out like water from a broken dam! It was much stronger than when He gave it to Jeanne!
'He didn't hold back when it came to us! So Jeanne is his favorite!"
This was what Morgan thought, and it was unacceptable if she wanted to control the young god. She had to be his number one.
And as for Scathach, She didn't care about that. She just wanted him to be more gentle with her.
'I know that I am stronger than normal servants, but can you just give it to me gently? Even though I don't mind it being rough sometimes,'
Sullivan didn't have the time to hear them because his divine power was too much. He felt like he was just a fragile jar that contained so much power, and he needed them to help him hold on to his power so the fragile jar would not break.
"That felt good."
Sullivan, After he released his power, he felt clarity. He didn't know that there was so much divine power inside of him, and it made him uncomfortable, but now that all the excessive power had been released, he felt so much relaxation that he had never felt in his life.
He then looked at his servants. Jenne was the same. She just looked at him with admiration, but his other two servants were panting hard.
Their faces were red, like they had just done some heavy lifting.
"Are the two of you okay?"
Scathach just smiled and nodded. She felt that she became much stronger than before and could stay in the physical world endlessly. She felt alive for the first time in a century, or even more than that.
As for Morgan, She looked at him as if he had wronged her.
'Oh, she's a crafty one, ain't she?
Sullivan knew that she had planned something and was already on it. She wanted something from him but didn't ask for it directly. She would claim his heart before anything else.
'I hope she doesn't have problems with sis.'
He knew that now, with his divine power, Morgan was much stronger than Hermione, but the divine power that he gave her was the power to protect, which meant she couldn't use it for something else. As for the power to destroy, he actually gave it to Jeanne.
Scathach, He trusted her maturity and cool head, so he gave her both aspects of his divine power. both the power of protection and destruction.
'I felt like I had some connection to the one who created the system. I have the same aspect of both creation and destruction. For me, it was for protection and destruction.'
Sullivan thought about it. And the more he thought, the more he was sure that the one who created the system and gave it to him might be one of his family members. The one he thought hated him and abandoned him
