The next day, Brian requested for an audience with Davina which she granted, since Elizabeth wasn’t able to recognize her, she guessed it would be the same for Brian so she didn’t bother wearing a veil. He was stunned silly when he saw Davina’s flawless face that he forgot to close his mouth, he didn’t even remember to bow. As Davina frowned at his blatant stare, he instantly felt a searing pain in his head which jerked him back to reality. He hurriedly bowed his head before the pain subsided, there was still tingling in his head to serve as a reminder. This was one of the innate ability of the royal family, the crown they wore was spelled just to suppress every wolf including rogues that was if the one wearing the crown was able to channel it’s powers.

“Stare at the princess again and I’ll be forced to gouge out your eyes.” Brain heard a whisper behind him, turning around, he realized there was no one there was the murderous intent could not be concealed.
