Chapitre 540: Heading down town festered with witches

"That's going to be troublesome," Madam Yu said with a frown. She looked at the sinking path in front of them and then pursed her lips before turning to look back. There were many carriages behind them as well because of the tea party held by the Du family. The Du family was a family of big merchants, thus many people wanted to get closer to them as the daughter of the Du family had turned eighteen.

With the line of carriages behind them, Madam Yu knew that she couldn't ask the driver to turn the carriage around either. 

"We will drive through the forest," stated Madam Yu. Though this was going to be a bit problematic at the moment, they were still fortunate that the landslide happened before they could cross the path or else they would have been buried in the landslide. 

The driver nodded as he turned the carriage and drove in another direction.
