Chapitre 557: A sticky trouble

"Is there something that you want to say to me, Duke Jiang?" Situ Xun questioned with a smile on his face. He remained polite although there was a time when he had wanted time kill this man for trying to snatch his mate. 

And he continued to do so. Situ Xun knew that the reason Duke Jiang took over the position of the Duke was to bring Yin Zhu away with him. 

It was a surprise to even Situ Xun that he hadn't made this man jump out of the window. 

"I wanted to ask if you did something to Miss Zhu," questioned Jiang Heng while looking at the man in front of him with a raise of his chin. "I did not see her on the night of the banquet." 

Situ Xun curled his lips and chuckled softly, "And here I thought you were quite busy with all the ladies swarming over you. One of them being my dear sister, who seemed to be quite smitten over you despite the fact that you are a mutt." He said the last word with clear spite but Jiang Heng did not seem to be bothered by it.
