Chapitre 35: The Promise

Jasmine walked into the building without any issue. Unlike her father's company, she was well known here. Everyone greeted her respectfully. This was the comfort she was used to. Not the judgemental eyes of another human being.

She was still trying to digest the things that had happened to her since she woke up today. The receptionist baffled her to no end. She could never understand how a person would have the nerve to judge another.

It's not like some are special than others. We all excrete and pee through the same channel. That should be enough reason to humble someone. Or maybe, was it because she grew up in a humble place? Probably.

Doesn't matter. Her belief will always remain the same. No human has the right to judge another. She finally arrived at the topmost floor. Without caring to check with the secretary, Jasmine walked into the room.
