Chapitre 43: The Players

Lorenzo sat in his office going through his mails. It was a Friday. A lot of things happened to him for the week. Some he was grateful for while others, he wished he could escape.

He wasn't looking forward to the upcoming weekend at all. There was one person be hated more than himself. His biological father. The man who turned him into the monster he was today.

The monster he didn't know he was until his love left him. He has resorted to alcohol and drugs to forget before he met the new Jasmine. Now, he wanted to stay away from drugs. For the very first time in his life, he wished to clean up his shit and become a better man.

Lorenzo wasn't stupid. He has known all along why Arya wanted to play with Jasmine. She was jealous. The girl was the first person he ever set his eyes on kept his gaze there. She was the only one who posed a threat to the firm grip she thought she had on him.
