He was panicking inside but had a smile on his face. If she heard half of the things he had discussed with Mara, he was afraid she would feel lied to.

He didn't want that. Never intended to lie to her in any form. He just didn't feel right letting her know about his dark past.

They already had a lot on their plate.

Sadly, his planning was of no use. " How much of that did you hear, sweetheart?"

Arya bit down on her lips as guilt gnawed on her inside. She lowered her gaze feeling like a child caught with its hands in the cookie jar.

" I...I.. May have heard everything. It wasn't intentional I swear. I was just coming back to get my phone but heard you speak and..."

He sealed her lips with his, trying to shut her up. She was crumbling at this point which he found quite adorable.

" Sshhh, it's alright. Don't feel guilty for overhearing something you should have known before."
