Dinner smelled delicious. Sam jokingly asked if anyone wanted to say what they were thankful for and everyone vehemently said no.
Emily couldn't help but wonder what Justin would have said this year. Would he have said he was thankful for her again? He was so…off lately. Their conversation in the kitchen was the closest he had been to his normal teasing self in a while.
But geez, her head was still spinning at the thought of having twelve million dollars lying around to spend at the drop of a hat. He did say he had nearly $100 million in assets…unimaginable. Even one million was difficult for a girl like her to fathom.
What kind of man had she fallen in love with? He had so much money and she never would have seen it coming. To him, it wasn't even something worth mentioning! He never would have told her if she hadn't outed him as RoboCat…

Mcllorycat So I'm a bit ahead on my chapters again now (though I'm not quite happy with how things progressed because I wrote it all on a two-day binge when I was semi delirious with pain after my car accident so I'll probably go back and fix it all) and have decided to post my newer story once the ending is written. I know where I want it to end...but would you guys as readers be interested in occasional extras set post-story? I love these characters and am not quite willing to give them up yet
