Chapitre 42: Chop an onion

"Daphne," Kian stated as he opened the door for Daphne. "Did we have any plans today?" He asked trying to remember if he made plans with her. 

"No, we didn't." Daphne walks into the house. 

"Where are you going?" Kian ask. Daphne was going towards his room. "My parents are not around so you can sit here." He directed Daphne to a couch with his hands. 

"Oh. Right." Daphne blushed, feeling slightly embarrassed. She got too used to going to Kian's room whenever she was around. 

"If we didn't make any plans today, why are you?" Kian tried to ask nicely without sounding rude. But in Daphne's ears. He sounded rude. 

"I was hungry. I remember your mom cooking, so I decided to pay a visit so that I could get free food." 

'Does she expect me to believe that?' Kian thought.
