GOT: The Bastard of Winterfell & the Promised Champion

When a random nobody makes a joking bet with a 'Stranger' regarding the largely disliked ending of HBO's Game of thrones TV Show he thinks nothing of it only to realize he may have f**ked up big time when he wakes up in the body of a child in the deepest regions of the North far from the wall with a fractured mind, no name, and fragmented memories of his past left with nothing but weapons, armor and three simple commands serving as his only guide.

1. Protect the living

2. Destroy the Undying

3. Seek out and serve the Prince that was Promised

It didn't help that he was both blessed by the gods and cursed by death in equal measure to be used as a tool to settle what seems to be when simplified; a cosmic bet made eons in the past.

A bet where one of the only two out come's was the end of all life on the planet, and to add insult to injury, he arrived a few decades before the promised prince was even born.

A/N: Just an idea for now - chapters won't be up until I finish reading A song of Ice & Fire and other related works.
