Captain Nora Halt and Commissioner Justin Vaughn had both looked at Zeph like he was a complete stranger when he said that he sent Laxana and Sonya back to training as they should not miss important lessons just because they missed him terribly, while he was apologizing for the need to repaint the LDNE01 Archangel.

He wasn't about to tell them the reason why he sent them to training was because he was going to be busy practicing how to use a jetpack to fly between the CV Poseidon's Nemesis and the Quantum Wave Enchantress, and learning how to capitan the Enchantress from the AI in the onboard VR simulator room, when not tending to the needs of his three wives or checking on how Lustia Lunesta Haniel was doing.
