The flight back home took longer than I expected, Josie sat beside me and made the entire ride back awkward. It had been a while since she reprimanded me over something, so the air between us wasn't so clear.

We landed on time, everyone was definitely tired after all we went through. But I could not get a single moment to blink, even if everyone was cool with me, I wasn't okay with myself.

My phone rang some minutes after we landed, everyone's driver's had already arrived to chauffeur them back home. I would probably go home with Makela, and finally get some shut eye.

"Yeah mom... am going home with Makela, my house key is with me...I know...yes am glad with coming in second..." Having Makela around did do me some good at times, though she kind of still acted like a major asshole at times.
