Synopsis
In 1914, eighteen-year-old Max Müller leaves behind a quiet life and joins the German army, eager to serve his country and be part of something greater.
But as the years grind on, the harsh reality of trench warfare hits him, Max’s idealism is slowly chipped away.
After the war he is lost, Alive but dead.
Yet everything Changes with his return to Germany. In the darkest day when even the god forsaken the land of Germany. Max stood up for himself and those who came back fighting and surviving for 4 years only to see a broken Nation.

I will start reading and after the author Crosses 30 chapters i will edit this review accordingly.
The cover caught my eye but then I read the synopsis. I see that your update stability has decreased, hopefully you've not given up on the book. I've not yet given a read but I'll surely do little by little with the scarce time that I have on my plate. GOOD LUCK! KEEP WRITING!
