For the next two days, the four men prepared their troops and everything needed.
They even had something to stop the giants with certain substances that Jon had brought back from Dorne.
The sworn brothers had prepared the interior of the Wall for such events and had installed multi-story platforms along the entire length of the wall for the archers and accessible only by elevators only available in fortresses occupied by the guard .
The evening of the attack arrived and the Lord Commander and his lieutenants led 4000 men (mostly mutants) into battle, each of the 4 commanders had 1000 men equipped with a small black dragon steel shield and a steel sword dragon.
On the wall, the archers (mutants) mainly composed of orphans had already been going up for a while by the elevators to the Wall Platforms to head towards the 4 fortresses of the battle in the shadow of the night.
The archers did not have dragon steel arrow or crossbow Bolts but normal arrows or bolts coated with non-lethal Dornish poison to put the wildlings to sleep, they were ordered not to kill them but to aim for the legs.
They were mutants and their precision thanks to the bionic eyes was going to be diabolical so they had the trust of the others 100%.

As they approached the scene, the wargs free folk who stood guard across the birds were going to detect them when they were suddenly cut off from their links with their animals for a simple reason, the archers of the Watch had killed them quickly despite the darkness ( bionic eyes).
They still understood what was happening and raised the alarm despite their disastrous state because the death of the animals they were controlling almost killed them themselves.
More than 3,000 Wildlings per fortress had already penetrated the wall and stood ready to confront the sworn brothers.
Mance was not an idiot and had forbidden his men to separate and prepare for this type of case.
Of course, they could have dispersed a long time ago and some tried but each time, they were killed by the patrols in the Night's Watch territory.
Each legion, led by its commander arrived at their destination at different times and the wildlings in the fortresses prepared for battle with giants already distributed in each of the castles in anticipation of Mance Rayder.
Mance Rayder and Varamyr (with his six beasts) against Jeor Mormont at Sentinel Stand // Styr, Val and Mag the mighty (Chief of the giants) against Jon at Greyguard // Thormund, Jarl and Ygritte against Benjen at The torches // Rattleshirt, Harma (a wildling captain) and the Weeper (another lieutenant of Mance) against Qhorin Halfhand.
[Jeor Mormont]
The Lord Commander of the Night's Watch arrived on horseback with his thousand men and looked towards the fortress where he saw Mance and his men ready in the ruins, there were far too many of them to hide in time so they stood ready for battle with their archers in firing position.
"To your shields, only kill if it is truly necessary..." Jeor ordered as he got off his horse holding "Big-bear" his great dragon steel sword, it was a claymore that he could easily manipulate with his superhuman physical strength (First of all, swords are not as heavy as we think, 1.90 kg for some two-handed swords).
Mance Rayder ordered the archers to fire but before they did, they were attacked by the Night's Watch archers in the rear.
It was night and the torches were down and not on the wall, especially very high up on the pure where the crossbowmen and archers of the Night's Watch were.
Mance and the wildlings couldn't see the archers properly but the archers of the guard had bionic eyes and very precise night vision.
Each of the archers' soporific arrows or crossbow bolts hit their targets and the most targeted were the 8 giants in non-lethal zones.
Very quickly, the wildlings became disorganized, it was an army without any discipline so the ranks were easily broken to flee the archers on the wall.
The sworn brothers charged and the melee began to the great advantage of the faster and stronger mutants with the added benefit of a combat protocol allowing them to anticipate and effectively counter enemy attacks.
Jeor Mormont was walking with his sword in hand when two of Varamyr's wolves charged towards him, the warg wanted the honor of killing the lord commander apparently.
Jeor without even blinking planted his sword on the ground and when the two wolves jumped on him, he grabbed them by the neck then he squeezed very hard and quickly and...
*CRACK*
A muffled sound was heard as the two beasts' bodies went limp and he threw the wolves aside.
Jeor picked up his sword again before blocking a wildlings blade and delivering a frontal kick that threw the man meters away.
He looked to his right to see one of his men dodging the attack of a Smoke Lynx and then stabbing his dragonsteel sword into its stomach and he nodded in appreciation.
Each of his men were very strong in battle and it was a pleasure to see. The archers caused a lot of injuries with their arrows and their insane precision which even made Mance Rayder almost grit his teeth when he cruelly realized that they were not going to win this battle.
Tur, one of the giants took a large stone from the ruins and threw it towards the sworn brothers who saw this and they quickly cleared the way while wildlings were crushed, they had neither the reaction time , nor the movement speed of the mutants.
Tur tried to take another stone when he felt a bit dizzy before everything went black and he fell completely unconscious just like the other 7 giants who had been the archers' priority targets.
When they understood that their comrades were in the middle of a battle, the wildlings on the other side of the wall wanted to come as reinforcements but it was already too late.
The Polar Bear of Varamyr that he had placed in front of the wall tunnel had already fallen victim to the archers and the sworn brothers were already in the tunnel where they killed almost everyone and closed the door to the passage.
"They trapped us..." Mance said as he realized the catastrophe of the situation and Varamyr came to him looking tormented, exhausted and tested.
Varamyr: These crows...how can humans fight like that? Our men have no chance Mance. My animals...my little ones, they...Mance we are all going to die.
Mance: We must retreat.
Varamyr: They reached the tunnel and closed the door, we are trapped here with these monsters and apart from my bear which they neutralized, all my animals are dead. EVEN THE GIANTS WERE OF NO USE TO THEIR ARCHERS.
They suddenly saw Lord Commander Mormont heading towards them while there were only just over a hundred remaining wildlings left standing.
Jeor: Lay down your weapons and surrender, no harm will come to you.
Mance: You'll kill us the second we do, we will certainly die but in battle and not slaughtered like sheep.
Varamyr: We will die as free men and our only regret is that we failed to take you with us.
Jeor: Look at your men on the ground, few of them were killed. If we wanted to kill you it would have been done a long time ago, you never had the slightest chance from the start, the current Night's Watch is far from the one you knew.
Mance: You've been killing us for generations. Why are you sparing us ?!
Jeor: My first officer told you, we know what you are running from and the only effective way to combat these things lies in our alliance. We can help you find land but under certain conditions.
Varamyr: LIES!
Jeor: I don't see what point I would have in lying to opponents that I could easily crush. I swear to you on my honor that we want to help you, these killings have gone on long enough and we have a powerful common enemy coming for all of us.
Varamyr:…
"(to the wildlings) Lower your weapons, we surrender. Enough blood has already been shed, Mormont. All I care about is the survival of my people." Mance said before throwing his weapon to the ground and the others followed although many hesitated.
[Jon Stark]
The one-sided battle had already begun, the archers were having their festival and Jon was fighting with Longclaw still in his sheath.
He only killed when necessary and several wildlings had been knocked out by him. He continued to move forward when Mag the Mighty came in front of him with a huge wooden beam. A few arrows had already been planted in his back.
Jon: (ancient language) Lord of the giants, this fight is useless. Put down this makeshift weapon and give up the fight or I will hurt you badly.
"The crow can't hurt Mag, Mag is powerful..." Mag said while making a horizontal strike at Jon who ducked to dodge it before clinging to the moving beam with his terrifying agility.
He ran along the beam before jumping towards the giant's head, grabbing his ear and giving him a violent knee to the chin which made the giant stagger to the great astonishment of many spectators including a completely shocked Val.
Jon didn't stop there, when Mag moved to make him fall so he drew his sword with one hand while hanging on before cutting off his ear to the cries of pain of the giant who tried to punching Jon with a punch but Jon climbed a little higher before jumping high into the sky as Mag punched himself with his own fist.
The cocktail of Dornish poison in the arrows and this last blow made the giant's supports very unstable but it was still not enough because Jon in the air above Mag clenched his fist hard and with his fall, he gave a violent punch but on the tip of Mag's chin.
Jon's physical strength was monstrous and far ahead of the other mutants who were already impossible for normal humans to beat and this blow right to Mag's chin combined with what he had already taken sent him KO like the other giants to the current time (priority targets).
Jon landed with a superheroes landing as the shocked eyes of the wildlings and his brothers were on him.
He looked ahead to see Val fighting with one of his men, the woman although strong in combat had no chance despite the dragon steel sword that Jon had given her.
She made a series of attacks that the sworn brother dodged without much effort before hitting her with the back of his hand and the force of the blow was such that she fell and dropped her sword at the same time. .
Quickly, she crawled towards her sword to pick it up but as contact was about to be made, a boot came and trampled the sword where Val wanted to grab it.
Annoyed, she looked up to see Jon smiling teasingly at her, he wanted to talk to her but immediately ducked down to avoid an ax swing and stood up to deliver a violent back elbow to the face of his attacker who was Styr who fell backwards before getting up with a bloody face.
"Captain Commander?" the man who confronted Val earlier asked as if to fight Styr and save Jon from unnecessary effort.
Jon: This one can die, people who attack from behind can't be trusted.
"Understood…" The man said calmly before leaving to confront the Thenns magnar.
"Give up the fight, you don't have a chance and I know You've already figured it out perfectly . The wall gate is closed, some of your people used it to escape while they still could and the giants are Neutralized" Jon said calmly to Val then Styr's head suddenly rolled close to them on the ground.
Val: What are you? I saw you beat a giant with your fist. A GIANT !! Your speed, the way you move and that of the other crows, it's all unnatural.
Jon: The old gods have blessed us to face the approaching evil.
Val: The old gods ?!
Jon: Lay down your arms, no harm will come to you. Look at your men and even the giants, we just injured the vast majority of you while we can kill you all here easily but you are not our enemies. The real threat for which we've built this wall has returned after millennia. We can let you through but there will be conditions.
Val: Which ones?
Jon: Fighting alongside us, you want to occupy beautiful lands and live behind the safety of the wall? You'll have to earn all this and fight with us against the enemies of the North.
Val:...
Jon: (grabs her hand) Val, you are not my enemy and I'm sure it's mutual.
Val: You don't know anything, Jon Stark.
"You know very well that I'm right..." He moved closer still holding her hand and she took a deep breath feeling him getting closer as her gaze was lost in his sapphire eyes.
"DROP THE WEAPONS...we lost..." She said and the others looked at her before throwing their weapons to the ground, they knew the fight was completely lost for a while now. Their looks remained suspicious so Jon reassured them.
Jon: Have no fear, you have my word that no harm will come to you. I swear it on my name.
"I hope you're telling the truth...I put my trust in you..." Val said without letting go of his hand.
Almost the same thing happened on all fronts, at The Torches, Benjen had properly neutralized the giants first then Thormund, Ygritt and Jarl who had some bruises while at Greenguard, Qhorin didn't was able to leave only Harma alive but Rattleshirt and the Weeper were killed because they were too belligerent.
The survivors were taken prisoner and the urgently injured received treatment. While the most important were taken to the dungeons of the fortresses, the others were left under the guard of the 1000 sworn brothers who had fought and the archers.
The first phase of Jon's plan to rally the wildlings to his future kingdom was a resounding success. The rest was going to be a little easier, that's what he hoped anyway.
[Part Two : End]
