Instinctively, Jaybird understood that summoning the [Raven of Fate Lv.1] was crucial to breaking out of this dire situation he and his team was in, but he couldn't stop thinking about the second notification.

He wondered if the only time he could accept this hidden evolution was now, and if so, how long would it take?
Jaybird had heard stories of some evolutions taking days to complete while others lasted mere moments. There was also evolution failure to consider, and the thought of becoming an abomination caused Jaybird's body to shudder.
He sent a furtive gaze around the room.
