Futuristic Past

John arrived in Dublin a week ago, he took tourism and sightseeing trips. He enjoyed himself he had to admit, until he started having these strange and bizarre nightmares. For the first two nights, he thought he had those dreams because of the movie series he had been watching.

In this dreams of his, he would see strange figures that didn’t look human in any way, invading his comfort zone. These creatures looked somewhat like aliens considering their physical features. Wanna know what’s more? One of these creatures gripped his arm in his dream but when John woke up…he found fresh bruises on that same arm that got gripped. How was this possible?
