Chapitre 33: Chapter 33: Punch Drunk Love

When I settle into the passenger seat of Roxy’s car, I sigh and resist the urge to melt into the leather seat and take a nap that would have me drooling onto the leather. While my mind and body may be physically exhausted from the few weeks I’ve had, I refuse to show it.

This is probably going to be the highlight of my week, and I’m not gonna let the break-up, or anything else spoil it.

“I brought some workout wear.” I hold up my sports bag, knowing that the cute matching teal workout outfit I brought with me is my color and I’ll look great in it.

Look the part be the part.

“Good, and don’t be nervous, we’ll have some fun and take it slow today. It takes a long time to get used to doing even the simplest of techniques.” Roxy pauses as she takes a turn. “We’ll have a blast as well.”

I’m curious to see if I can learn some good self-defense moves so I feel less unsure about Centerburg with the Lycan hunters, but I also really want to impress Roxy by being a quick learner.
