"How are you feeling today Brad?'' Dr. Mathew asks with that fucking notepad still in his grip. I rest my back on the couch. Today is even worse than the last session.

I don't have anything to say to him today. The last session made me feel like I was crazy. I know I am not crazy. I don't know how dad knew but I didn't tell him anything. I didn't accuse him of anything.

"You know you don't have to say anything. We can just sit here and not say anything. Whatever you want is fine with me.''

As usual, he is being manipulating. Trying to patronize me so that I will respond to him but I have already made up my mind. Uncle Max said he was going to get me out. I don't need their treatment again. I don't need anything from my father, I don't need anything from my therapist. The only person I need now is Lance. Once I get out, I will find him. He is the only one that matters. I am done living my life for my father.
