Her small frail self, huddles in the bitter darkness as her body shook in fright.
In the kitchen, on the cold piercing floor, she holds her ivory skin with all her might.
The enchanting wind chime, chimes but she cannot hear it, for it never took flight.
High pitch cries escape her cracked lips, calling her patient parents, hoping it's alright.
Trickling tears leak from her red eyes to kneecaps, shining ever so bright.
But... soon the warm comforts of a man, holds her until she sleeps away in the endless night.
