"Have you forgotten what I do for a living? There's a huge opportunity right here, and you didn't even think of me. It seems like you don't really have me on your mind."

Ava's eyes lit up—Nathan worked in real estate, so logically, he should have insights into this area. Leaning playfully on Nathan's shoulder, she said with a grin, "Oh, come on, how could I forget about you? I was just too shy to ask and waiting for you to bring it up first. They say great minds think alike; it must be true love, no doubt."

Nathan's mood lightened instantly upon hearing this, and he let go of any past grievances. "You're quick-witted," he acknowledged.

The minor hiccup was soon forgotten because Nathan had purchased the building where Ava's studio was located. He decided to knock through the wall into the office next door to Ava's, effectively doubling the studio's space without having to relocate.
