Chapitre 200: Yearning for only one person

Ming stayed in the same room where Zagan and the nurse slept. She didn't want to risk anything by staying away from the patient even for a minute and that night, she didn't sleep and decided to wait until the sun slowly began to rise.

Ming knew that she could only sleep at that time because her father would come to visit the patient and it would give her some closure knowing that someone she trusts was there to watch the patient.

She waited and waited for her father to come but he didn't show up which was very unlike him.

Ming stayed up till the next morning and although she would sometimes doze off, she would immediately slap her face to keep her eyes open.

Finally, the sun had completely risen and she felt the need to see her father urgently to know if something had happened that she wasn't aware of.

When she got to the Minister's chambers, she knocked on the door but got no response.
