Synopsis
"Gods? Magic? Fantasy? Nonsense."
An-Namrud never cared for any of those things. All that mattered was his work. The Tower of Babel.
This would prove it to everyone... that gods do not exist.
Until one day, it all came crashing down. His world destroyed, and his soul trapped in a never ending cycle of reincarnation.
After countless cycles, he finally escaped with only the thoughts of revenge against those who had cursed him with this fate.
Been away for a long time, but I am trying to make a come back to writing. Please be patient and continue to support me as I start writing again. I will try to update at least 1 chapter a week for now with more if I can.

Écrire un avisNot sure if people are able to see my author's notes or reading them so I am putting this here for all to hopefully see. Please rate/review if you are enjoying the story I would greatly appreciate it. Any votes with power stones are absolutely welcome as well! Feel free to give me constructive feedback or just have a ****** discussion about the story. I love interacting with my readers. Thanks for reading!
I enjoyed the story, it is very different from what I usually read, but it has been an enjoyable read so far, and I will continue reading it. I will not go into details about the plot in this review, as to not spoil anyone. This was a joy to read. I found no glaring mistakes, it was very pleasant to read through and the flow was good. I think the plot is quite interesting, I had a few issues with the first few chapters, both because I have not read many stories in this genre, and because it was slightly confusing, but after reading further into the novel everything started to get explained well and the pace was wonderful. I think that the world and characters gets more fleshed out the further into the story you reach. It is explained well, without feeling intrusive into the story at all. I would suggest you to try it out.
Great start keep up the good work. Btw the author is not using bots. He is using one account to vote for himself. Unfortunately the account looks generic so ppl misunderstood.
Honestly, I'd throw my lot down with this novel just from its readability alone. Among the sea of broken grammar and sentences, this thing floats pretty darn well. Most mistakes are so minor that they'd be difficult to spot in a first read. As for the content, the story feels a little rushed at first, but it settles down quickly enough, forming into a straightforward and fun narrative that you can get used to pretty easily. Good work, would recommend.
The story is very good. Well the most I like about is the elements of tag "Depiction of cruelty". A man driven to the extreme by the gods just because he refuses to give the gods access to something he and his friend built. Now that he has gotten half control over the tower that they built he will do everything in his power to get revenge against the gods and devils.
Spoiler de révélationThis novel is just insane. Really confusing in the beginning. The first few chapters may have scared of some potential readers, because it is just really confusing and the mc seams to be simply evil. But it all gets better, it is awesome to progress in the story and learn more about the mc etc... The pacing is awesome. The only thing i think of as a shame, that we cant see the mc progress through the early levels of becoming stronger, he is already stronger than the most and i would have loved to see him grow from 0 to 100. But I'm definitly going to keep reading the brilliant story
So i finally finished reading all the chapters released so far (chapter 61), and i can with confidence that this novel is a hidden gem. The story is really original in a way that ignores the cliches we are so used to, and instead presents us with a concrete plot and rational MC. About the story: We have a soul tormented by its past decisions, and fuelled by a sense of purpose and revenge that is presented in a way that is natural and makes us understand why the MC does what he does. Make no mistake this is an evil MC. Although his actions are explained together with his troubled circunstances and we can sympathize and even understand his choices, he by no means has limits to achieving his goals and will crush anyone who stand in his way, enemy or not. The lore of the story is not tha unique in a sense that we have the common fantasy world and gods with a system. What is different however is that the system is not so clear to its inhabitants, whom only have a superficial understanding about it, and not the full detailed information. For example, you would know your class, level, and skills, but not your specific stats or how the skill calculates damage. Its relevant as well to say that the story picks up the pace as you read. At start, not all is explained, but as you go you will be told about the world, the gods, the MC himself and his past. About the Updates: The releases are somewhat too little and too sparse for now, but the author has promised too pick up the pace as more interest is shown on his novel. All in all this is a really good novel that can be amazing if done right. I would definetely recommend you give it a try because if you stick around you will definetely enjoy it.
Good writing quality with some grammatical mistakes Stability of updating is kinda slow 1\2 chapter a week Story development is really good I like the pacing of the story Characters are mostly well thought out and not one dimensional. World bacround is amazing and makes you see it clearly in your head A hidden gem worth your time.Start to really make sense around chapter 11.This is a story for those that like intelligent mc with strategic military thinking which usually pays of with a glorious slaughter. While not perfect it's still much better than most novels you will read.
Absolutely love this and always look forward to the next chapter and always seem to find myself starting from the beginning again and again just because I love all the chapters and just to say my opinion is only one of many but I hope that people who read this will find the same enjoyment as I do
This story is unique and well written. The system is more than the general systems that you see in other novels, which is great for people who like to read system novels like me and got tired of repeated novels in the same genre. . Looking forward to more chapters and a lot of great ideas through the story. Best wishes for a great novel.
I like the story so far, and I think that It has a great potential. I also like the points of view that we have, we get to know the world around the main character a lot more. Looking forward to more chapters. Best wishes for more chapters and a great novel that we all can enjoy.
I don’t know what i am reading, nothing makes sense. The novel starts of just weird and no explanations are given so I don’t know what is going on it seems like I’m expected to know the plot and what is goin on. And no I won’t read a few more chapters because i would get an explanation i will just find some other novel that will be more entertaining than this one. Hard to write an accurate review when nothing and everything is happening.
Frankly speaking, this novel is a top 3 material, same way as Supreme Magus I've been an early reader and saw it to the present top, I see this novel going for it. You got multi dimensional characters, with lot of growth for each of them, plot that keeps you driven in, ruthless Mc, magnifique prose with some chapters, being so wonderfully written that you see it, you feel it, you live it, just like a 3D-VR movie. Just dig in you guys and girls won't be disappointed, thanks me laterz.
This is a fiction that matures like wine over time. It isn't something you can get a real feel for by reading the first few chapters. I know that might scare some people because investing in a story can be a serious commitment, but if you give the story a bit more of your time, you will realize how amazing the story is and it only gets better the more you read. Some fictions just get worse as the story continues, not this one!
This novel is made to measure for me, I will read it when I have more chapters, I hope it is good, since I have many expectations... 140 characters? really? ok
I like the world building so far, and I think that It promise. I like the inclusion of different pov's; as we can see what the side characters think of the main character. Wish you luck on this story
Found this story after binging a bunch of chapters of another novel was looking for something different. The picture caught my eye and then i stayed for the story! The story is really well written and doesn't have many mistakes also I like how the main character is cold and ruthless.
Just to balance out those twats that think the author is using bots, you can look at the profiles of those who give their stones 140140140140140

This is done as part of a review swap, but I haven't finished the entire 100 chapters. It’s not because the story is not good but I figured by the time I could finish all posted chapters, it would take me a month or something. By the way, this is the first five star review I’ve ever given. As of writing this review, I'm only at Chapter 26. Updates: Don’t really have any issues with update speed since I can’t even manage to read all chapters yet. Writing: Your writing is excellent with a strong list of vocabulary. I could perfectly envision the world through your narration. There were a few minor errors such as incorrect punctuations for dialogues, but it didn’t impede my reading comprehension at all. For example: Original >> "Alek-sandros." She said his name while testing it on her tongue. Edited >> "Alek-sandros,” she said his name while testing it on her tongue. Characters: I like the slow build-up of the MC. The MC is intelligent, resourceful, meticulous but also vengeful and ambitious. I wouldn’t necessarily call him the typical protagonist. He seems more of an antihero to me, but it’s always a lot more fun to read a protagonist that isn’t black and white. Lenia intrigues me as well. I love how ‘inexperienced’ and ‘childlike’ she is in the beginning but gradually, she is learning to become more individualized. World design: The world is still being built and we learn a little more about the world as each chapter progresses. I haven’t read all the chapters so I can’t say much, but as of now, I really enjoy the world design. There are some mysteries surrounding the world, but I think this is where I’ll have to read more chapters to uncover the world’s mysteries. Story development: Since I’m barely halfway through the story, I can only comment up to what I’ve read and so far, the story development is fantastic. Even when I was at chapter 12, I thought everything was well paced (be it story or character development) so I totally don’t understand why some reviewers were giving this story a bad review. A good story always takes time to build its character and plot. I’m glad you are taking your time to do so and not jumping the gun. All in all, it is a well-written and well-developed story with enough mysteries and action to keep you wanting for more. I’m definitely going to keep this story in my library and finish up the rest of the chapters! I’m so excited to read the rest of the chapters. MUST READ. BELOW ARE MY CONJECTURES AND CONTAINS A LOT OF SPOILER (I couldn’t stop myself from commenting on some things so forgive me for the essay-like response. Also forgive me if I got these religious reference and/or lore incorrect as I’m not an expert in this area. I merely did some rudimentary research on the subject): Reading all these comments criticizing you about how difficult it was to get through the first 10 chapters, which was super short and barely enough time for any real development in my opinion, made me super confused about the harsh/biased comments. So I decided to go back and re-read the beginning chapters and even did my own side research on this whole Tower of Babel, which I had no knowledge of beforehand. And boy were there surprises for me. Obviously there might be a chance that this is all in my head and I’m just overanalyzing. After researching what the events surrounding the Tower of Babel was, I think I could understand the beginning (seemingly confusing) chapters. According to wiki, the story of the Tower of Babel (in the Book of Genesis) happened after the Great Flood and was during a time where there was only one single human race, where everyone spoke the same universal language. However, due to pride and arrogance, the humans built the Tower of Babel to reach the gods, which infuriated the gods. God punished them by dividing humankind into different race and cultures. In the beginning chapters with the two soldiers showed the MC (aka the mysterious “soul”) being killed and then his soul fled and ended up revisiting/recalling his first initial life as An-Namrud—the life that set everything in motion henceforth. An-Namrud, the Arabic name for Nimrod, the king that supposedly rebelled against god and said to be Noah’s descendent (and when the system popped up telling the MC his class was “Human Ascendent”). Clearly from the beginning we can see the MC and Ishmael failed to defy the gods and was punished instead, one to be imprisoned in a mask and the other to suffer the continuous pains of reincarnation. Then the scene flashes to the husband and wife. It might be to illustrate the unintended ‘loophole’ and the birth of the “soul eater” because next, we see the “soul” going back to that reincarnation plane with their mini conversation before the soul is reincarnated again, this time into Aleksandros. Something obviously went wrong here because he retained his memory. As for Aleksandra and Lenia, I was weirded out by the creation scene in the brothel house. But then, I wondered, are they some kind of allusion to Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden? The image is just too similar. There was no need for Aleksandro to be undressed when all he did was use blood from his arm. So why go the extra mile to add in the description about the unabashed nakedness? Garden of Eden…paradise of pleasure…what symbolizes it than the brothel house? Eve was created to be Adam’s companion similarly to how Aleksandros created Lenia to be his second-in-command. Out of curiosity, I searched up the meaning of Aleksandros and came to “to defend man” whereas Lenia was linked to Helena/Magdalene…Mary Magdalene who was viewed as the sinful/promiscuous woman and former prostitute? Certainly this can’t all be a coincidence? I also wonder if the jealousy trait will end up being “the forbidden fruit”? There already seems to be a foreshadowing of the consequences of Lenia’s free will. I fell like all that leveling up thing, although fun, needs to be peeled away to discover the hidden themes underneath. There's so many allusions and references to lore and traditions, etc. Of course, since I'm only on chapter 26, I could be dead wrong about all of this but these are thoughts that kept nagging at me and I had to put it down. Anyways, this is already in my library and I will be slowly finishing the rest of the chapters :) By the way, this isn't usually my type of genre but I'm so freaking intrigued so I'll be following it. I love a novel that shocks my brain.
