"I found two people! A boy and a girl!" A woman's voice filled Amora's mind.
Everything was blurry and the sound of crackling wood continued. The smoke smelled worse than before and Amora was suffocating.
Amora visibly heard another voice say something except this time it was a little louder than the last time.
"Grab the girl! I'll get the boy, we need to hurry!" A man yelled back to the woman.
Amora felt someone begin to lift her, she could see a dark brown-haired woman, who, after picking up Amora, began to run.
"Don't worry we're here to help. Okay?" The woman said calmly as if she were humming a song.
Amora realized she was moving extremely fast, Amora looked down to see the woman letting little bursts of fire out of her skin to move faster. Amora looked at the woman's face and saw she had brownish-red eyes.
She managed to look at the guy next to the woman and saw he also had brown hair, but just regular brown eyes. He had a little bit of stubble around his mouth, but just a tiny bit. Amora then felt a stinging feeling in her heart, a thought appeared in her mind,
"Welcome home Amora." Amora knew it was Darkness talking to her through her mind, Amora suddenly felt a shock of pain in her head and passed out silently.

"Going to bed right now? How dumb is that?" Darkness said while she was dreaming. Suddenly Amora's dream faded away into a vortex and Darkness stood in front of her.
"What do you want from me?" Amora asked without feeling her lips moving. "I don't need you to get hurt by what these people will do. I can't get you because of what YOU did." Darkness said seemingly upset.
"How did I even shoot some fire like that?" Amora asked, feeling very sick.
"Isn't it obvious? You're an Elemental." Darkness announced, beginning to fade away slowly.

Amora opened her eyes and looked around the room she was now in. She felt her at her throat as it had hurt, she tried talking briefly.
"Where... am I?" She managed to say before her throat began burning from the smoke she inhaled.
She looked around once more, still trying to resist the urge to cough.
She noticed by the window was a nightstand that had a picture frame on it, Amora noticed it was put face down.
Amora clambered out of bed and inspected the back of it, she then lifted it and looked at the image carefully.
The photo was of the man and woman who had saved them except the lady looked pregnant.
Amora looked for a date but couldn't find one until she took the photo out of the frame. Once she had, she saw a date that was more than 16 years ago.
Amora smiles realizing she was 16. "Wonder where I can make friends with their kid?" Amora whispered as she continued looking around.
On a shelf were books about Elementals and what they were. Amora looked at one and became uninterested almost immediately. She put it back and saw an unlabeled book. She opened to realize that it was a photo album.
The first photo was of the man and woman, yet they seemed younger, they were both smiling and looking at the camera, yet Amora felt like they were staring at her. She flipped the page and found another photo of a man with blondish brown hair and the photo was labeled "Tavan."
Amora suddenly realized that the man and woman from the image looked familiar even though it was mostly just the man, she turned back and realized that the image was of Leon and Reyon. Amora had always wanted to meet Leon, but supposedly after their child's disappearance, they lived away somewhere quieter.
Amora had realized that she was in Leon's house, and she got very excited, she continued looking around the room still smiling until she thought she should call Shirley. She reached for her phone but it had been gone.
"Oh, right... I lost it after the bus crash." She mentioned to herself.
She continued her exploration of the room and could see an unopened letter. She noticed it was older but it had to do with the hospital, sent a day after Amora's birth.
She reached for it but quickly put her hand down as the door opened. "Oh, good you're awa-" Reyon said as Amora jumped almost on top of her. "Are you really Reyon?! The really famous one?! Are you?!" Amora seemed to screech forever until Reyon put her finger to Amora's mouth, smiled, and said,
"Yes, I am, I assume you are a good fan, but how did you find out so quickly?"
It was quiet for a minute until Amora responded with: "Well, I- uh I was looking through the photo albums and noticed a picture of you guys, but younger."
It was silent for another 5 or so seconds until Reyon quickly said, "Did you just call me old?"
Amora realized what she had said and replied, "N-no, sorry I meant that you were- were- it was a while ago."
Reyon began laughing and replied with, "I'm playing around I'm technically only 24." Amora was shocked and looked around quickly before turning and facing Reyon, Amora couldn't wrap her head around something so without thinking blurted it out. "But you were pregnant 15 years ago!"
It stayed silent, while Reyon looked down and seemed shocked and sad, after a little bit she raised her head to explain, "I was pregnant 15 years ago, but while I and Leon were fighting some people a little after our child was taken, we were captured in a rift that trapped us. We couldn't move or see. We didn't age either. We got free when our friend Tavan found us, he had thought we were dead, but when he freed us we were technically young still."
She finished and breathed inward quickly as she barely seemed to breathe very much while saying it. "You must say that often," Amora added to which Reyon smiled yet there was still a hint of sadness in her eye.
"Yeah, people are always asking how I look young, I'm supposed to be 33." She said and the sadness seemed to fade abruptly, only to rush back when Reyon had added more, "I just wish I could have met my child for more than I did. I really miss-" she stopped suddenly as she starts wiping away tears and Amora sat stunned from the sad sight.
Amora never knew what it was like to lose someone because she only ever had Darkness and Shirley, nobody else cared for her, and she never lost Shirley or Darkness, death-wise at least.
Reyon lead Amora out of the door and brought her to a table where Leon was sitting and Amora's eyes darted around looking for Andrew. As if he had read her mind, eyes, or motions, Leon had said "he's still asleep."
Amora stood there awkwardly until Reyon ushered her into a seat. Amora smiled at Leon and then looked at the table. Leon went to go help Reyon cook. After about 5 minutes they had brought out eggs with meat bits in it, some orange juice, and a piece of chocolate cake. Amora had thanked them and when Amora had reached out to grab a fork with her right hand, had noticed her dark arm and tried to hide it under the table. She then used her left hand to eat.
After she had been done eating she looked around and saw Reyon motioning for Amora to follow her. Amora did so and they went into the basement, and there was an elevator. Amora was confused as to why they had an elevator but followed anyway. Amora was brought down 4 levels into a lab.
Inside was a man who Reyon referred to as "Rat." She looked at the man who continued testing without noticing Amora or Reyon.
Amora was talking to Reyon when she felt a tiny pinch on her arm. She squeaked quietly and turned, wide-eyed to see what just pricked her arm. She could see Rat walking away with a needle.
"Oh don't worry, he takes a bit of everyone's blood, well anyone who he can get his hands near at least," Reyon said, causing Amora to look at her, still surprised.
"He does it to find our child if they are alive." Reyon looked sad but shook the feeling away.
Amora felt bad for reacting so poorly at that point.
Amora looked at the man called Rat and noticed he was now working on some sharp weapons.
He actually had some muscle and wasn't the kind of scientist you see in movies. He was quite tall, didn't have his back hunched, and was actually quite handsome, making Amora blush softly.
The elevator dinged and Leon walked out carrying the blade Darkness had tried to slice Andrew with.
He handed it to Amora and began questioning her, "Who does this belong to." He asked coldly.
Amora quickly responded quickly, "M-Mine!"
Leon looked at her for a minute and handed it over. "I had it sharpened on Level 3, that's the weapon repair and sharpening floor," He said while smiling proudly.
Amora had held the blade and Leon walked over to Rat's bench and had taken a weird sheath sort of thing except it was very light.
"This will sharpen your weapon when you put it in or take it out. It also makes the blade lighter and easier to carry when inside." Leon said while handing it over and helping Amora try it on. He then walked over and told Rat to make it a little tighter. Rat started working on it right away. Amora smiled and thank them, they were silent.
Amora looked up at Leon and noticed he was looking at her right arm and then her left. He very carefully grabbed her right arm. "What is this?" Leon asked seeming a little angry.
"Well, I- it- I got into a fire, it burned my arm, you see," Amora said while panicking and making up any lie she could.
"Do you happen to know a man named Darkness?" Amora's heart skipped many beats when Reyon asked this.
Amora sighed and realized that there was no way out of this situation now. "Fine. Yes, he saved me."
Leon and Reyon both seemed surprised and stared at her. "He saved me a while after I got into an accident." She said while looking down at the floor.
Leon then spoke, "Why did he corrupt your arm? Is it a bomb of sorts?"
Amora was confused and soon understood what he was asking. "He said it helps him keep track of my vitals and to make sure he can find me."
They both seemed surprised and worried about this answer.
"He can track you?" Reyon asked quietly.
"Well, no. When I fought him in the forest my arm heated up and flames shot out in an explosion and he got sent away. In my head, I heard his voice saying something. I think he can't anymore." Amora said trying to calm them down.
"Fire?" Leon questioned, "So you are an Elemental."
Amora realized that Darkness had told her that same thing when they found her in the forest and she had passed out. He had said she was an Elemental but she didn't think about it until now.
"I guess so," Amora said awkwardly, she was being put on the spot after all.
She turned to look at Rat who was working on some weird sword.
"Darkness was the one who took our child," Leon said seeming angry and sad at the same time.
"I know. I want to find your child for you." Even Amora was surprised she had said that. She just blurted it out of nowhere. Amora had no intention to do anything because she just gained her "abilities." She couldn't possibly find anyone.
"We have been looking for a long time now. We are still trying to find Darkness so he can tell us where our child is. That's why we were hoping he could track you. We would be able to finally learn the truth." Reyon said sadly. Amora felt bad for them. They are still so sad even now.
"So was there any other children in the house with you?" Leon asked, ready for an answer.
"No... I'm really sorry." Amora said to their dismay.
"I see... so he probably sent her off, or... killed her," Leon said, causing Reyon to bump him as if to tell him to just stop it.
They then left through the same elevator they came in from.

After about an hour later, Rat pressed a few buttons and saw the screen light up. He inserted Amora's blood vial into a machine as well as Leon's.
DNA Sample #124 is a match to DNA Sample #1.
Rat's eyes widened and he smiled, Rat then printed the file on paper and started towards the elevator confidently.
Whew, I have decided to rewrite about 15 chapters today and the rest tomorrow, it's safe to say these chapters won't be so hard to read anymore and should be better. Don't forget to vote if you liked it!
