When Cherish Turner arrived at the Cherry Blossom Garden, her father, Sam Turner, and her mother were seated in a side hall of the villa.

Seldom returning home, Cherish's younger brother, Sam, had many things to do at school. Nevertheless, he was puzzled by his sister's recent ordeal. Father Turner remained silent while sitting on the leather couch. Instead, Sam across the room glared coldly, questioning Cherish, "What's going on with you?"

Sam's frustration led him to directly call out his sister's name.
