The room hung in pin-drop silence when Dev suggested teaching Alex how to throw some stone.

Alex assessed the stone in his palm; it was not too big, neither small. It was the size of a small ball, brown with a smooth and flattened surface.

Alex flipped the stone, assessing its other side, but there was nothing for him to discern. He even used his Seer eyes, but the only thing he noticed in this stone was an abundant amount of spirituality trapped inside and a liquid flowing within.

Seeing Alex's serious demeanor, Dev decided to end his prank and said, "There's no need to be serious; let me explain it. This is a special weapon made only for you. I'm sure you and Paaji had a long discussion about this, right?"

"I suppose you know about Paaji's newest type of weapon that can have a spirit of its own. In this, a new type of ritual is performed, just recently developed, known as spirit induction," Dev explained.
