From what he believes, there's no reason for the West Strand Division to create an identity out of nowhere just to lure them into a trap. If he had to say something about this, the information from what Stein found out is likely legit.

But at a time like this, it wouldn't hurt to be careful.

Stein's reply, which lacks empathy, made Zhang Qin Feng unsure about adding this facility into his raiding target. But even if this Specimen 2014 wasn't the one he was looking for, grabbing the Specimen 092 inside the facility would still make this attempt a worthwhile one.
