Chapitre 45: Chapter 45: Foreshadow
~Tatsumi POV~
We took two days rest after the latest stuff on dealing against the Endeavor incident as we waited for the heat to cool down a bit since we took down the second hero with some tactics and quick takedowns.
While the Endeavor Agency, sidekicks weren't exactly walking in the parks thanks to Ruby wind she generates when she uses [Petal Burst] along with my use in [Big Leaguer] along with [Storm Orb] to cancel out their fire quirks it was easy to deal with them.
Even if they are adults, they aren't trained warriors, ninjas, Huntresses, or assassins.
But still why did we have to use our chat names instead of actual codenames like for me the Slumbering Dragon or the Lion. But nope we had to go by straws of whose idea and codenames was best and it had to be Saeko that won.
Still, though we took some time to cool off any further attempts to do something more in the future, so we all took our time searching the city of Japan to blend in with the locals in the area in each district.
The technology on the other hand is really handy to have honestly because they are advanced in my, Saeko, and Hinata world but to Ruby oddly but fairly enough looks like a down-grade model to her.
Kind of figured that much with her world technology ahead of this world by leagues…
Hmm…
Once the trade function opens up again maybe I can ask Ruby to get some of that tech for me to use or maybe ask a favor from Saeko to take some of the common appliances to my world and get a profit from it.
For now, though all of the members went off our ways but also investigated our remaining target Lady Nagant, Hawks, and Mirko. So far everything has been peaceful around here in the streets of I would like to say Japan, but I don't have an exact clue where I'm at though.
I think I'm in Osaka somewhere with all the signs.
Still, though everyone around seems to be very busy with what they are doing most of the heroes are also around but also the people are still weird here.
I'll chalk that up to the MHA weirdness as I can't even fathom how such things happen in this world but how do I exactly bring Mirko to our side?
The news isn't going to go well with how the news crew handled the situation but also the hero community has given us our villain names for the attack on Endeavor and his agency along with his 30 sidekicks.
Shinobi of the Day Raid.
That was basically what the whole media is talking about what we did and they going all out to make us the bad guys of how bad we beaten them or how we mind controlled the sidekicks to handing over vital information.
Then there were also the nicknames of our chat group names given out as they called us out on being crazy even.
They might not be wrong on that one.
Still though with how the news is making the propaganda about us it would make it almost near impossible for me to even convince Rumi into joining our group chat. Man talk about having society against you.
Maybe that's why the villains turn to life of crime as the society needing heroes also needing villains creates such a paradox of them.
Hmm…
Maybe I should convince Mirko if I were to bring in Kai Chisaki over to her and get the info about torturing Eri to convey to her to hear us out at least. Yeah, maybe that's something we should do.
Although I would usually leave it to the characters to handle it I think it might be best to show Mirko that were not just villains who act as we please but people with actual goals in mind but to do that we are going to need to storm the place.
But what are the chances of finding the place would need –

That was when someone bumped into my leg length as I see…
A small girl with bluish, off-white hair, messy and unkempt, which is parted in the middle of her forehead, almost reaching down to her waist. She has very wide, innocent-looking eyes, which are bright red. Poking out from the right side of her forehead is a small, and brown horn.
She's wearing a plain, short-sleeved dress, which is a dirty, pale tan color. Bandages are wrapped around both her arms and legs, stopping at her wrists and ankles, underneath which she is shown to have numerous scars.
This little girl is Eri.
You have to be fucking kidding me right now. Wait I can believe it since it has happened been stated that Eri has tried to escape and resist many times but to no avail and eventually accepted her fate as a prisoner.
You know considering my luck meeting fortunate characters like this in the future I should maybe prepare myself for the time when I meet Seryu in my world along with the others. I should probably make a script.
Shaking my head for a bit I looked at the scared girl as I try to calm down the situation to her as I talked to her, "Whoa there kid you ok? You seem pretty spooked out like –"

That was when I sensed a powerful aura coming into my range using my [Observation Haki] showing the figure of the aura but not only that but three more along with this person. But the ones guarding the person are stronger than them.
Tch.
I guess I won't have the time to act correctly as I began to bring out [Shambhala] then use the quirk suppression cuffs on Eri catching her by surprise as I spoke to her, "Sorry but I'm afraid I'll take you away from the very scary people hold on tight."
*Shing*

Quickly transported away from that situation I was now suddenly back at the apartment room of our temporary base as I see that Eri was petrified of what happened.
She merely went along and held me by the waist as if holding something to dear life as she was that scared. I didn't even need to see her face or her body but her intense emotion of fear just radiated from her using my [Observation Haki]. Quite honestly though I never would've seen this amount from a kid but only from the Empire sensing their emotions.
I just held her for a while till she kept on crying into my shirt oh boy…
The members would want to hear about this little situation I guess I'll have to head towards Rumi for her help if that's the case. But she won't be able to do it alone unless she needs help but from the looks of things, I guess we might make a small detour from the mission.
Sigh…
Guess I have some explaining to do when they return.

~Third POV~
The Hero Public Safety Commission is a law enforcement agency responsible for managing the interactions between heroes and society as a whole and for investigating the most dangerous cases of criminality.
The HPSC was headed by a committee of non-heroes, to improve the balance of influence between heroes and regular members of society. The Commission was amongst other things a criminal investigative organization and responsible for many hero-related matters, including the Provisional Hero License Exam, which is administered on a biannual basis in June and September.
Although the Safety Commission had been trusted by society to keep the peace, in actuality, the organization had an underlying corruptness in its acts to protect society's image of heroes to maintain the status quo.
The current President of the Commission treated their workers as disposable assets, primarily using people from the underside of society to do their dirty work.
However, when Pro Heroes committing crimes increased and became more organized, the Commission was no longer able to deal with them, and so, turned to recruiting and using Pro Heroes so that they could freely move when going against other Heroes in public.
Now at this time, three people were present inside the office of the HPSC as the current president as he squints his eyes at the other two in front of the two as he spoke, "Now then… Lady Nagant and Hawks we are in a very dire situation were in… I assume you don't need me to speak?"
Lady Nagant began to reply to the president as she spoke coldly at him as she talked to him with a glare, "Yes sir… you are referring to the latest defeat two days ago with the 2nd Pro Hero Endeavor against this so-called group of Shinobi that the public called the Day Raid."
The president not caring about her tone nods as he looks at Hawks as he casually smiled at the president as the current president spoke, "Correct tool. And with what happened to All Might being out of commission from the sudden assassination attempt failed we are suspecting these people to be related to what happened at U.A."
Hawks just frowns at that as he began to read down the notes from his flip phone confirming the reports as he spoke, "Yeah, the reports read about a certain quirk user using rose petals from the students witness reports. The same happened with the Endeavor Agency incident as some of the sidekicks were knocked out from the same type. Maybe a speed-based quirk is at play here?"
Lady Nagant not enjoying the talk the president nods at this as he began to click the button on his desk as it revealed the key details of the members caught on camera as he talked to the two in a cold tone, "I agree Hawks my favorite. But we can also place blame on this Day Raid for even helping against the hero community and they have caused quite the stir to the status quo?"
Hawks just nods at this as he sighs out loud in a tired tone as he talked while shrugging his arms in the air as he shakes his head, "Oh man chief. I never thought of the day we get to face actual ninjas like these in this modern-day age. But…"
He opens his eyes with clear hate as he spoke calmly under his breath, "… Those Day Raid will surely pay for harming my hero."
The president nodded his head as he began to order them as he mocks Lady Nagant in the process to her, "Correct I need you to figure out who they are and take them out. We need fewer people causing stirs and won't make other villains act. Oh, and Lady Nagant please be sure to do your job better next time as that chip in your neck. Or you know you go boom you get a general idea."
Lady Nagant could only grit her teeth and nod as she missed her chance to kill off the president when she first began to question him. By then he had his men order her down and place a tracking bomb chip in her neck to keep her in line which clearly, she didn't like.
But she didn't want to die either, so she was left with no choice but to accept or face death while the president covers it up to the authorities making the chip camouflage into her bones almost impossible to see.
With that, the two left as the president just sips his wine cup looking at the window outside speaking to himself as if in control, "Ah… I wonder how long those Day Raid will finally die when they are caught. No matter so long as the hero society and status quo is intact then it doesn't matter how many are gone."
