"You don't like my burlap look?" She laughed again, the sound the most natural one she'd managed yet as she pirouetted to show him her sack dress.

Too easily he could calculate the abrasion on her skin from the coarse fibers. He'd know, seeing as how he'd frictioned against them during their tryst. He'd quickly healed, but given the dirt in the place, he feared infection if she broke skin on the filthy fabric. "I think we can do better than canvas. I scavenged some items."
