Hierarchy of the Sect (Spoiler)

Applicants: Not joined sect yet, strength varies.

Outer Sect Disciple: Between the Qi Condensation Realm – Foundation Establishment Realm, most of the disciples are here.

Inner Sect Disciple: Between the Peak Foundation Establishment Realm – Core Formation Realm.

Outer Sect Elder: Peak of the Core Formation Realm, former Inner sect disciples.

Core Disciple: Nascent Soul Realm. Considered the future pillars of the sect.

Assistant Elder: Strength Varies, at least Core Formation Realm. In charge of the sects internal matters. Strength not as imporant due to mainly being in charge of the management of the sect.

Guest Elder: Strength Varies, strong people taken in from outside the sect.

Sect Elder: Nascent Soul Realm - Domain Lord Realm

Core Elder: Domain Lord Realm. The core of the sect, have a certain degree of influence inside the sect.

Prime Disciple: Strongest Disciple of the Sect's younger generation. Possible future Sect Master/Grand Elder

Vice Sect Master: Strength varies, at least Nascent Soul Realm. Helps the sect master manage the sect. Strength not as imporant due to mainly being in charge of the management of the sect.

Sect Master|Head -> Strength varies, Domain Lord Realm at least (Feng Chen needs to work harder...). Main person in charge of managing the sect.

Grand Elder: Domain Lord Realm. Part of the peak strength of the sect. The sect master is not above a Grand Elder in terms of status and a sect master will normally become a grand elder after giving up his position as sect master and focusing solely on cultivation. The positon itself is special and normally not given lightly.
