Chapitre 35: ROSE BANDITS

Some days after the ceremony, things returned to normal. As normal as it could be, I guess. With the changes we all had to get used too. 

Devon stayed after the ceremony. I was officially introduced to him, he knew that I existed. But he was mostly interested in Jenna. He was so impressed with her, especially since he knew how weak she was when she was a baby. He was not thrilled that I had yet to pass my trials but he didn't judge me for it. 

He treated me the same as he did everyone else. To him, I was family, no matter what. I got to meet his kids. He had seven of them. His mate, Renessa, was currently on their eighth. She was pregnant and couldn't make the trip here. 

I was shocked. Eight kids?! 

"Don't you think that's a bit much?" Mum asked incredulously. "What does Renessa think?"
