The morning was so sunny, Alice and Felix were busy at their ice cream shop.
Kimberly approached Alice with a strange expression on her face.
The girl ran and hugged Alice's body from behind.
"What are you doing, Kim?" Alice asked.

Time flies so fast, the little girl is now 4 years old. She grew up to be a cheerful, brave, and independent little girl.
But not for today, the girl whined to be carried.
She even burst into tears.
She had never been like this before, for some reason she had turned spoiled, ever since he woke up from sleep. And even the girl didn't care if their shop was busy at the moment.
"Mom, I want to be carried!" said the girl.
"Kimberly, not now honey," Alice said patiently, "Mom's busy, honey ..." she added.
Alice's hands are holding a cone of ice cream to serve her customers.
While Felix is no less busy, he is delivering several orders ordered online.
The man rushed to his motorbike. So he didn't have time to pay attention to Kimberly.
"But I want to be carried, Mom! I'm scared!" said the boy again, there was a look of fear on little Kimberly's face. And it looks so clear.
Alice was a little surprised by her daughter's behavior today.
"Kim, what are you afraid of?" she asked.
"I saw a ghost, Mom!" Kimberly replied.
"Ghosts? No ghosts here, honey!" said Alice a little loudly, "ghosts don't come out in the morning!" Alice reassured her daughter.
But Kimberly kept whining and putting on a frightened face in front of her mother.
"I'm not lying, Mom! I saw a ghost on the corner of the wall over there!" Kimberly said while pointing at the place she was referring to. The girl spoke in stuttering and slightly slurred voice, but Alice could understand it. Alice looked at the corner of the wall and she found nothing there.
She was sure that her daughter was just hallucinating.
Moreover, Kimberly had just woken up from sleep.
All night the girl was can't sleep with the excuse that her body was itching due to food allergies.
Maybe that fear is the effect of Kimberly's lack of sleep, and what Alice knows all along, Kimberly likes watching ghost-themed cartoons.
So Alice thought that her daughter was carried away by the atmosphere while she was watching the television series as well.
It wasn't long before Felix came over to them.
"Hi, I'm home!" said Felix.
"Eh, Felix! You've finally come!" said Alice with a sigh of relief.
"Kimberly is cranky! And I have to calm her down, you take care of the customers I haven't had time to serve, huh!" said Alice.
"Okay!" Felix raised his thumb, a sign that he would carry out Alice's orders well.
Then Alice invited Kimberly into her room.
"Come on, I'll take you to your room, honey!" said Alice while holding her little daughter's hand.
***
Arriving in the room, Alice began to calm Kimberly.
"Kim, you have to calm down, honey. Believe me, ghosts don't exist," said Alice.
"But I saw her, Mom! She's so scary!" said Kimberly.
"Now there's Mom and ghosts won't scare you anymore, honey!"
Alice kept persuading Kimberly not to be afraid anymore and assuring the girl that what she was seeing was just a hallucination.
And Havaianas appears probably due to fatigue, lack of sleep, and also the effect of watching a ghost-themed cartoon last night.
But Kimberly kept telling Alice she didn't see wrong. She even spoke in a high tone because she was so angry with her mother who didn't want to believe her.
"Mom, I'm not lying! I saw it! The ghost is a woman, she has a scary face, her body is covered in blood, and she is holding a sharp knife!" said Kimberly, "I'm afraid that woman will kill me with her knife, Mom!" She explained with louder sobs.
Alice was silent for a moment, she didn't know if what her daughter said was true or just a hallucination. But all that managed to make her remember her past, namely the past about Sea.
In the past, she also often saw strange things, such as the ghost of Sea, or Clara. And the saddest thing is when no one wants to hear it. They didn't believe Alice's words.
Honestly, she was scared what if Kimberly went through the same thing as her?
Her mind wasn't calm, but she didn't want to get too caught up in all of this, Alice immediately denied it.
'I can't remember it. I don't want to be like ago! I'm sane right? So I don't want to think about bad things that make my mind restless, and maybe make me look like a crazy person!' said Alice silently.
'But ... what if what Kimberly says is true?'
'I don't want my daughter to suffer the same fate as me! I don't want her living in a Mental Hospital like I used to!'
Alice didn't realize she was daydreaming until Kimberly woke Alice from her daydream.
"Mother, why are you even daydreaming?" Kimberly asked with a disappointed face.
Instantly Alice gasped.
"Yes, I'm sorry, honey!" said Alice.
'I'd better have to pay attention to my daughter, I have to listen to all her complaints. And I should be able to make her stronger and calmer,' Alice thought.
Alice immediately grabbed her daughter's shoulders and looked deeply into the girl's eyes.
"Kimberly, I believe you," said Alice. Hearing this Kimberly felt calmer.
"Then what should I do, Mam?" Kimberly asked.
"Kim, I'm sure you can fight her. You shouldn't be afraid, and if she tries to approach you, just say a prayer! I'm sure she'll be scared with your prayer!" Alice concluded,
Kimberly nodded her head.
"Is that so, Mom?"
"Yes! Don't lose! I know my daughter is a strong girl!" said Alice encouraging Kimberly.
Kimberly also felt a little calm after hearing the words from her mother.
Then the girl was not as panicked and scared as before, now she looks normal.
But it was Alice who didn't calm.
In her heart kept guessing various things.
Of course, about the past. 'Was the ghost who my daughter saw Sea?'
'Not! Impossible! She's gone, right?' she thought in her heart. She kept trying to convince herself that Sea would never come back.
However, a few seconds later, Alice was reminded of her dream several years ago.
She was again approached by a nightmare about Sea.
The woman came in with a sinister grin.
Sea touched Alice's face and said, 'Alice, I will come someday,' said Sea in the dream.
And suddenly Alice woke up.
The memory of that dream made Alice's mind go wild.
