Chapitre 3: Mana Cores

Although i dont know that much about the mage mana cores, i definetly know the basics

the mana cores, everyone has them, every mana core with its respectful element and colour

lets take my mothers lightning core for an example

it has a yellow colour, because well the lightning she creates is yellow... easy to understand i hope

the more you train your element the more powerful it becomes

the better your imagination, the more skills/spells you can create, but of course... if your level is not high enough you cannot just summon thunderstorms out of nothing.

Without enough power and experience you cannot perform just any magic spell you want

As i was told, it is easier to imagine and conjure the wanted spell if u say the naming of that spell aloud, ... i guess its true if my parents said so.

I will have to believe them on that, because i cannot prove them wrong on this

Because of the NOT HAVING AN ELEMENT OF MY OWN situation..

Yeah this sucks...

Anyways, there is a so called mana core scaling that you can feel by the persons.. aura? ..i guess? i honestly dont know how this bullshiet works either, i dont have it, so dont ask me..

Everyone scales the auras into orders, with the [1st Order] being the lowest and weakest, while the highest and strongest known order is the [8th Order] in which our Empires Great Emperor Laxoca is speculated to be in... Either way just know that HE IS THE STRONGEST.

Oh, right, what i forgot to say is that every Order is divided into: lower realm, middle realm and the higher realm.

My Father being in the [7th Order lower realm] which is pretty amazing if you ask me .

And my mother? well she and the others like her, who have more than one element, are a special case.

They have not one but TWO elemental cores inside them. They are ranked by their most powerful element though. for example my mothers being the [lightning element] which is the [6th Order middle realm] while her [ice element] is [5th order higher realm] that making her be in the [6th Order middle realm] obviously.

But unlike the others, who can only activate one of their mana cores, my mother can activate them both at the same time, which makes her one of the most powerful women in the empire.

Now that i think about it... I am a literal failure compared to my parents... not that i would really care that much though, i mean these two powerful entities that are my parents CAN and ARE protecting me right now... but later? well it doesn't matter right now.

But it would still be nice to have a power of my own...

Sighhh..

I don't come out of our mansion that often, i don't like crowds, but if in the rare cases that i do go out, its because Adam is dragging me outside to train me, but we only go to the personal training grounds so i dont meet a lot of people, other than the maids and servants of our family.

There my father teaches me hand to hand combat and combat with different weapons like: daggers, a spear, a short sword and a shield, bow and arrows and such.

I have tried to train with a mace, an axe and even a great sword before... but they were just too heavy for my current body to handle. It is so cause as you all know i am only 6 YEARS OLD.... yeh.

I dont have any friends right now, considering me only staying in my mansion and never comunicating with other people other than, as i said before, my parents and our servants and maids.

I remember the Emperor and his few family members coming to our mansion personally to meet the child of their former great «Mage Knight General» Adam and the genius of the empire Mona a few times and to test what element i have got.

What the 'former' general means isn't that my father retired or anything, well i guess he did. But if there will come a time for war or something similar to that, Adam can always return to his position, because there isn't really anyone more capable to command an entire army.

I mean there is one person who is stronger than my dad and only a little weaker than the emperor and is seated 2nd in the «Icosagon».

But that persons identity isn't known to a lot of people. He doesn't like to show himself in public or rather show himself at all.

A true Loner.... i mean i was and still kinda am like that too... so i can understand...

With great power, comes great responsibility or so they say

but we want NONE OF THAT RESPONSIBILITY

Anyways, back to the meeting with the emperor

What i remember from the meeting... he looked old... like... REALLY OLD, but he still had this powerful, profound aura around him, in front of which you could only kneel.

Him being that powerful and obviuosly supressing the power that resides inside him, you cant even imagine how powerful he should be, if only by him standing there, he releases such presence...yeh a powerful guy... a true presence of an emperor.

What is his element?

pretty unrealistic and scary but really befitting of an emperor. The element that can scorch and burn down the entire empire if used for too long

the [Sun Element].

From what i know though he also has a [Flame Element] that he most often uses. It is far weaker than the former because the[Sun Element] is just too powerful. I mean can you really compare the heat of a Star and the heat of a measly flame

yeh, no, they are worlds apart

PRETTY FRICKIN OVER POWERED

My father once told me that he faught against him in a friendly battle, but was totally destroyed by the [sun Element] of Emperor Laxoca.

But it makes me wonder.

If there is a sun element, then maybe there is also a moon and other star elements... well i dont know and it doesn't matter, because either way i do not have any magic element in the first place.. URGH.

In reality though, even if i try to not care, IT REALLY BOTHERS ME THAT THERE IS A CHANCE I WILL STAY SUCH A WEAKLING TILL THE DAY I DIE....

but what can i really do?... unfortunately nothing.

I can only wait for some kind of miracle to apear..

Even though i dont like to be that active or work hard for something, I SWEARRR if i ever have the chance to practice an Element, i will train the heck out of it.

I dont like the feeling of being a weakling... hmph.
