Chapitre 2: Ch2: Where is this, Reaching Impossible Heights, Finally Meeting Someone
"Ughhh" said Zephyr while trying to "stand up"
And when he did "stand up" or try to...Only then did he realize that he isn't on Earth anymore and he doesn't have a body.
He was surprised, but kept his calm and analyzed his surroundings.
After "looking" everywhere, he realized that he was in an endless dark space and that he is floating around with a soul-like / ghost-like appearance.
He tried moving around the place, but he doesn't know if he is moving, he doesn't even know if he left his current place at all. All this darkness everywhere, he can't see anything except the appearance of his ghost-like body.
A normal person would have been in panic the moment they saw this. Heck, even gone crazy after trying to move, see, smell, hear, and feel anything at all. Everywhere, every side, there is nothing but darkness and blackness. There is no sound, no object, no matter. Nothing at all.
But Zephyr is not normal at all is he. If described he is a handsome young man, with an athletic body that is almost at the peak of humanity. But his most impressive achievement is not that. It's his mind. Knowing how society and government works, knowing and working in the Digital Abyss, knowing all of human characteristics and personality and absorbing knowledge to survive. He has surpassed the limit of the human mind.
If it can be described, he is the First Human in History to surpass the limit of human mind and achieve the thing called Enhanced Mind & Enhanced Mentality and master it to his use, and even reach an advanced level at mastering what his mind can do now…
So anyway, after 1 hour of trying to explore at all. Heck, he doesn't even know how many time have gone. He finally accepted the place he is in. And instead wonder and work on how he got to this place.
Well he tried to. But he can't. The most current memory he has before this, is that he was walking home when he suddenly stopped because of the sudden intense feeling he felt. His body's instinct reacted intensely in a matter of a second and that's all he knew. Before he tried to "stand up" when he was just floating.
After not knowing what to do anymore, he just goes through his mind and watch his memories. This is one of the many things he can do. But it is easier now. Why?. He don't know and just thought that it's a perk of him being dead. Yes, this is the conclusion he got after hours of wondering how.
After centuries have gone by, well at least in his knowledge. Because he was counting in his mind.
He finally found someone. Or he was finally found, by this "someone" after centuries of trying to find him. And now they are sitting and drinking tea. At least this "someone" is.
Moment of when Zephyr and this "Someone" met:
After spending more than 600+ years in this place. Zephyr got bored of watching again and again his memories, after 120+ years. Usually it takes almost 100 years to fully watch all your memories from day 1 to death. But he died early, so yeah. This much is only needed for him to watch it more than 5 times and get bored. He has Eidetic Memory and Photographic Memory, but he wants to see and study his life. So he watched it over and over again.
But after that, he found a solution to his boredom. Train!. Mental Training.
He does this and reaches the Absolute Peak of Enhanced. And reach the level of Superhuman Mind & Mentality.
After 480 years, he finally reached it. This is an achievement he can never do if he can still aged. But since he is a soul, he reached it. He also got an understanding of his soul-like body and mastered it somehow.
When he is about to celebrate after mastering his Superhuman level mind. Something happened.
A bright light suddenly appeared. "Huh?! What the f*ck?!" surprised, he closed his eyes since he is not used to it. After a moment this bright light glowed down and he opened his eyes.
In an area of darkness, finally there is light. And in this lighted area, looking like white. There is a person sitting in a table with two chairs. Drinking tea elegantly, as if trying to show off. But actually not.
This person put down his tea and looked at Zephyr in his soul-like appearance.
"Hello Zephyr." He says. His voice powerful and gentle, as if making this endless darkness of a place calm and tame.
