Anthony meticulously scurried his gaze towards where Flower was pointing at. And upon looking up at the greyish sky, Anthony could discern what Flower wanted him to discern.

"A shooting star?" He uttered.

Flower's eyes gleamed with excitement, "That's a sign of good fortune. Quick Anthony let's make a wish before it goes away," Flower urged.

"Me? Make a wish? I'm sorry Flower, but I don't believe in those. They don't work for me," he refused.

Ignoring Anthony's nonsensical words.

"I'll make for both of us then," Flower whispered. Hastily closing her eyelids, she made a wish inwardly before the bright shooting star goes away from the sky fully.

Flower smiled.

She exhaled. "I've made the wish Anthony. Wanna here them?"

"Sure," he said. And Flower could feel him nod slightly.

See y'all in July. Decided to download chereads today cause I heard my book has been ported there.

Saw some hurtful and painful comments about my book on chereads. it was really devastating for me that I think I'mma sleep with a box of tissue tonight. I don't really think I would upload this month anymore. perhaps I'll be able to by next month, maybe by then I would've forgotten about those hurtful comments.
