[Your Pyrokinesis unlocked the ability to manipulate and create Undead Fire now you are a pseudo-Master in Fire Manipulation.]
So that was what I felt was good that the system had confirmed it.
[Elite Barbarians - Erik and Thorn have reached the threshold of their first evolution they will now become Evolved Elite Barbarians.]
This caught Leo by surprise as he didn't expect his troops to evolve this early but it was a pleasant thing and he was looking forward to their evolution.
[Evolved Elite Barbarian- Rare Type Evolved Troop.
Level- 1
Strength -Superhuman (5-ton)
Speed- Superhuman]
Durability - Regenerative
A very deadly warrior.
Skilled in Viking warcraft, nurture them and you will see the god of war fighting for you.
They are now faster, stronger, and more durable than the E. barbs.
Special Skill- "We fight we get stronger."
The longer they fight the more their strength, speed, and damage increase.
Continues unless they are killed in battle or the enemy is defeated.]
Powerful ability he would say coupled with a tank they would be Pekkas on the field.
A thought came to his mind as he asked "Hey sys, can I train more evolved elite barbarians in the Barracks?"
[It is possible but it is not suggested as directly making an E.E. Barbarian will be very costly and they will not be perfect not to mention it will take a lot of time to train even one of them.]
Hearing the system assistant Leo could only regret but thinking about it, it made sense as if directly could create high-level troops then the balance would truly be broken.
"So, let's look at the source of all these Undeads, I have already got the location," Leo muttered as he entered deeper into the forest in a specific direction where he sensed the source of the summoned creatures.
As Leo walked towards the source he could feel the cold magic in the air resembling the Necro energy, while technically the Skeleton Family was actually not dead or they were not something that was made due to Necromancer, nah far from that Necromancer here are similar to summoners like Witches but there is a difference between them Necromancer can raise the fallen warriors in a battle using Necro energy and the fallen warriors don't become something like mindless cannon fodder or like zombies instead it is like they were reborn in a new body (it is their bones and magic) without there memories and they behave totally like a normal sentient being, but witches on another hand already have signed a contract for there summoning and they rarely use Necro magic/energy instead of normal magic.
Witches also know other forms of magic and are less rare than Necromancer.
The Skeleton Army Leo and his squad faced were different
they were the result of an incomplete 'rising' resulting mindless army with the simple purpose of protecting. Those skeletons were not fallen warriors but a construct of pure necro energy and some mysterious substance, the Big Boys were the result of the same but they were made with materials that could at least make hundreds of skeletons.
The Skeleton Dragon was a result of a bad summon, yes the dragon Leo slayed was a failure as summon as a Necromancer's or Witch's summon it should at least have basic intelligence but it also was like the rest of the skeletons, the problem would have been solved if the summoner would have named it but due to unknown reasons he/she didn't named the summon.
But this also made the situation completely confusing as Necromancers don't usually have summons not to mention a dragon summon, and those skeletons showed that it was the work of a half-assed Necromancer. Necromancers and Witches have the same origins in Graveyard of Kings they sign a contract there one for summoning and the other for using Necro Magic/Energy that is only produced there except Hell, Hel, and some other dimensions that are completely out of reach for many people.
As Leo walked toward the source he came across a house that screamed "dread" It had the highest amount of Necro Energy and looked highly suspicious black stone-made walls and windows that glowed red eerily like blood, anyone who came across would run or avoid it unless they are brain-dead idiots that are shown in movies or powerful enough to face what one would expect from such place, fortunately, Leo fell in the latter category.
He uses appraisal on the suspicious but to his surprise, he is unable to which makes him even more convinced that something is fishy here.
Leo tried to open it but not before checking out for potential traps surprisingly there were no deadly traps as a trap that would turn you into a pig doesn't count as deadly or something that would teleport you randomly in a 100-meter radius. The door did not have anything on the outside that could be used to open the door so Leo tried to use a basic spell [Disengage] that would open the mechanism of the door either magical or mechanical doesn't matter what mattered was my knowledge about them which thanks to Wizard Card was plenty of it and mechanical part could be taken from my previous life.
The house was suddenly covered in complex purple runes that looked like a mixture of Norse and Sanskrit, and another set of runes covered them which were red in color which was the same as the color of my magic and they began to unlock the runes, patience is the key and after waiting for five-six minutes the door finally opened, it would have taken longer but due to some reason the house didn't have much energy to resist the spell.
Notification sounds were heard, but Leo ignored them as his eyes were on the indoors of the house which was larger than expected there was only a hall in the house, and torches with purple flames were lit on the walls with skull designs while it was definitely an eerie sight as the whole hall looked like a horror movie set Leo strangely found it pleasant site making him question his tastes.
He scanned the room and it was full of run that even Leo with his extensive knowledge wasn't able to understand.
He walked toward the end of the hall where a coffin was which had the most attention of Leo at the moment.
Honestly, if Leo wasn't confident in his means strength then he would not even have thought of opening the coffin, he has seen enough fiction that nothing good comes out of such things.
He started inspecting the coffin which was another work of art and surely a high-level artifact as his appraisal was not able to get any information about it, the coffin similar design to skulls and bones with many runes engraved on it.
"Hiss!" Leo retracted his hand that was touching the coffin as it was bleeding a little which greatly alarmed him due to his strength and level ordinary weapons should not be able to harm him but the coffin which didn't have any visible weapons was able to make him bleed raised alarms for him.
His blood emitted a reddish-purple glow before vanishing inside the coffin getting absorbed by it.
Alarms rang in Leo's head along with notifications as he looked at the coffin's part that injured him which on closer inspection showed a very small hole invisible to the naked eyes of a normal human but Leo wasn't able to think much as the coffin's lid opened in an instant Leo immediately got ready to attack with his full power immediately but the sight made even him stumble for a moment but soon he regained his composure.
