Chapitre 284: Forgive your father

"There is nothing left for us here," Theon said pulling away his eyes from her.

"I know, I don't deserve to say this but still, I... hope one day you will forgive us" his heart felt heavy as he conveyed his words.

Theon was in no place to seek her forgiveness but still, he wished she would do it one day. He was repenting and he knew he had to do it until his life come to an end one day.

Alice pursed her lips as she listened to his words carefully. Her eyes welled up watching him choke on every word he spoke. She didn't know if she could bring herself to accept them back as her parents as the damage they cause will take time to heal.

It wasn't a wound of a few days, she bared it since her childhood. Forgiveness was something she had to think of very wisely.

When Theon didn't hear back from her, his hope died. He already knew the answer yet he was hoping for her to forgive him.
