Chapitre 44: Slippery Slope

After finishing her snacks, Ash went back to the book and read up on her physique more in order to better understand herself and the powers she possessed.

She did not make her decision blindly upon choosing it and she knew the side effects involved but she believed that she could live with them.

After experiencing it first hand, Ash could feel that it was not as easy as it seemed.

It was not something she could so casually control using ordinary means and it was likely that feeling would continue to grow stronger.

It was nonexistent during the initial stages of her transformation since she rarely contacted others.

It was not until she went exploring further and come across others did that side effect surface.

Ash had never felt anything quite like it before.

It was like something from within her was threatening to come out and take hold of her.

A burning desire like a great hunger grew more intense with each passing second.
