Ash needed some time to research further, practice and to work on her health some more so she took the time she needed to do so.

Many more days were spent as the funds she had were slowly depleting.

Ash looked at the remains of her funds and sighed. "This could last me quite some time letting me stay here for about a year but then what?"

The funds gained from the doctor's emergency stash was enough to support her for some time as part of an emergency or startup fund but it was not enough to sustain her forever.

The rent may have been cheap but she had other expenses to contribute towards that the landlord was providing.

There would be a time where she would run out of money then she would be stuck without a way of earning any income for herself due to her circumstances.

Ash could never work a legitimate business in her life since most places needed identity cards and other forms of work permits or identification.
