Chapitre 157: Code

What Ash needed was some kind of set of rules or guidelines that could be used to help her pick out her targets.

She needed some kind of code to go by that fit with her way of thinking.

Ash needed something that would keep herself protected enough by targeting those who were less likely to be missed or for them to have no direct connection to herself.

Each little part of such a code would help her identify what humans or Balancers were inside and outside of her comfort zone for those she could and would be able to target.

The code needed to align with her thoughts and morality while leaving room open for times when she may have to step outside of the code to preserve herself or for other reasons.

She had written down some things already but it was not considered as a completed code.

Her first rule of the code was to target those who were deserving of becoming a potential target.
