Ash may have gotten some rude comments from some of the members but some others were friendly and helpful.

The overall atmosphere in the gym was not as overwhelming for her as she had feared which was a positive thing for her.

It was good to be proven wrong at times.

It was especially true for times when she was taking a risk despite knowing of the risks involved and then her fears or doubts being proven to be wrong.

If her fears were proven to be wrong then she could be able to take some necessary steps forward to help get a little closer to her recovery.

If there was no real threat where she thought there was then she would be able to gain a little more confidence to visit more places.

Her worries would not disappear completely but it was a small progress to be made towards being able to go into an unfamiliar place while feeling less uncomfortable from the very beginning.
