"No,…no you can't! You can't take away my babies!", She screamed. "Its for her own good, ma'am." The man stated calmly. "But-", she started, "it will all be over soon." He interrupted her. Suddenly, another man walked in, he was bigger than the man talking to her currently, and wearing the royal guards' armor. He calmly walked over and reached out to take away the baby girl. She grasped the child harder and turned away, and said, "NO! She is mine, you can't take her away from me!" The smaller man that was next to her turned and looked at the bigger man who just walked in and said in the coldest voice she had ever heard, "Do it.". She turned back towards the other man who seemed emotionless with a look of pleading in her eyes and said, "please….." Starting to cry. The man reached down and grabbed the child out of her arms and walked out of the room coldly, and with the same cold stare on his face. She hated that face with all of her heart. As the larger man started to leave the room, the child started crying. "Sorry ma'am,…I…." The smaller man said. He looked at her with an understanding look in his eye. A look of pain and sorrow. He went to walk out of the small dark room, but stopped short of the doorway and turned back to her and said, "What is her name?". The women looked up from her hands full of tears and said, "Amity, her name is Amity.". He looked at her with a reassuring look in his eyes and said, "Don't worry, we'll take good care of her." But before he walked out of the room he took one final glance at the women crying into her palms. 'Please don't notice...' The women pleaded to herself. She looked back up from her palms to see the man finally walk out the door. 'Thank the gods.' She thought to herself, still with tears streaming down her face. The women sat there for a moment still sobbing, waiting. Once she heard them leave through the front door, she reached under her blanket and pulled out a second child who she had managed to hide away. The second child started to cry and the women gently bounced her up and down saying, "Shhh, shhh…. It's alright my darling. I won't let them take you as well. You are mine, forever.". The child looked up at her mother, not crying anymore. The women finally had a chance to look at the child and noticed that her eyes were…..red. A deep crimson red. The color of blood. The women thought to herself, "Are you the child that they are looking for, are you the prophesied child? But that would mean..." she stopped herself. "It doesn't matter, all that all that matters is that I have you now, Athena."
