Chapitre 1: Sora Akuma

Third-person POV

A man is seated in a hot tub on a balcony, his raven-colored hair flowing as the wind blows in the silent sky.

The man is seated, his head leaning against the wooden panels behind him, his eyes closed. His skin is fair without any blemishes or defects. His body has an athletic build; he is muscular but not so much so as to make him look ugly. He has a perfect swimmer's body. He is holding a cigar in his right hand and is sitting there enjoying the company of the night.

*Buzz buzz buzz*

His phone vibrates. The man's face morphs into an annoyed frown as he lifts his phone to his ear.

"What is it, Tenshi? It better be important, or I'm going to strangle you by your own intestines," he says, anger in his voice. "Fine, I'm on my way. Call the others," the man says in a completely neutral tone as he gets out of the hot tub. Ending the call, he walks through the glass doors into the penthouse.

The man emerges from the high-rise building wearing a plain white shirt, which is buttoned up to the third button, a black overcoat, and black trousers. He has black gloves on. He walks up to a red Ferrari and takes off at high speeds, zooming through the city.

The city is bright, wild colors lit up the night as people walk the streets, oblivious to the world, all living their own lives. He drives past it all as the lights grow dimmer as he leaves the city behind. He arrives at a warehouse. He gets out of his car, the engine still humming its tune. He shuts it off and walks into the site, walking up to the black side door of the warehouse. He knocks four times in a methodical manner and says, "Mizuki." The door begins to creak as the sound of levers turning vibrates through the air. The door opens, revealing a short, fat man with glasses in a suit. It is a comical sight, as if a pig had been dressed up for the county fair.

The pig looks a bit shaken when he notices the man's face and who he is. The man motions for him to move out of the way, which he does earnestly, as if he fears angering the man.

Moving through the building, he walks past hundreds of wooden boxes and crates. Those boxes form a maze, which he expertly traverses, walking to the center where he is met with five other men, all wearing different-colored suits, all standing in a circle.

"So, Tenshi, what's this life and death matter you wanted to talk about?" he said to the man standing in the center who had black hair and blue eyes with a build not dissimilar to his own. "Well, boss, it's about the death of one of the inner circle," Tenshi states in an emotionless tone.

The man looked puzzled as he walked forward, his hands in his pocket. He walked up to the man farthest to the left and spoke, "It seems as though I'm seeing a ghost since I see all five of you present, so who died?" he asked, his voice full of amusement.

A smirk formed on Tenshi's face as he moved his hand into the inner pocket of his coat and stated in a jovial tone, "You did," he said, pulling out a gun.

Before he could fire, the man moved fast and pulled out a pencil and, in one swift motion, stabbed it through the eye of the man he was standing in front of. Blood splattered all over his face. He grabbed the dead man's body, using him as a shield for the gunfire he received from Tenshi as he moved back.

The other three men finally pulled out their guns and started firing at the man, but he had dropped his shield and escaped into the maze of boxes. Tenshi screamed, "Quickly fan out and find him. Don't let him leave this warehouse alive." The other men, heading his command, split up and moved through a different path each, trying to find their target in the maze.

Sora POV:

I was rushing through the maze, trying to get to the exit. I can't believe those sons of whores tried to kill me after I brought them in, and I made them what they are.

Rushing through the maze, I tried to find my gun in my pockets, and my anger started to be replaced by panic as I realized I forgot my gun at home. Dammit.

I started moving faster until I heard a gunshot go off behind me as a bullet narrowly missed my head as it went through one of the crates. I jumped to the side and took cover as more shots were unleashed at me.

Twelve, eleven, ten. He's fired off exactly seven shots since, I think, as I moved through the maze, trying to elude my would-be killers. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a flash as an all-too-familiar sound echoed through the warehouse. I ducked, narrowly avoiding a shot to my head. I sprinted to my left through the narrow walkway, my attacker hot on my trail.

I reach a dead end, meeting a cement wall as the footsteps of my attacker grew louder and louder with each passing second. I start to climb the crates, heaving my body up the wooden tower. As I reach the summit, I lower myself, trying to hide in the shadows of the warehouse, using what little protection the darkness offered.

I begin to move silently on the crates. As I reach the attacker who just came upon the dead end, or to be more precise, came upon his end, I leap off the crates and crash onto him, knocking him onto the floor. We both land with a sickening thud as I use him to break my fall, crushing him under me. He begins trying to wrestle me off of him, but I move him into a chokehold and snap his neck.

A sick crunch echoes through the warehouse. I let go of my former subordinate and grab his gun as I begin to check if he has extra ammunition. He didn't, the fool annoys me still even after his death. Grunting in annoyance, I move up the crates again and try to find my other targets.

Moving on top of the crates, I spot Itoshi moving through one of the passageways. I fire a shot through his brain, ending his pathetic life.

Three down, three to go. I begin moving slowly on top of the crates, trying to hide in the shadows, but the light suddenly flickers on, ripping the cloak of darkness off me. Looking at the ground near the light switches, I spot the pig and fire a shot at him, hitting him in the chest as he collapses to the ground, blood spilling from his grotesque fat body.

I hear a deafening shot from my left and feel a sharp burning sensation in my left shoulder. Warm liquid begins to flow down my arm. I dive right, turning my body, seeing Yoshi. He has a smug look on his face as he stands on top of a couple of crates to my left. I grunt in pain.

He fires two more shots which I avoid by diving to the next set of crates. I let off quick fire off my own, hitting him in the thigh as he avoids my other two shots.

I quickly jump to my left, avoiding his attack, and let off a couple more shots at him, getting him in the heart. His white shirt begins to turn red as he stumbles backwards, falling off the crates as he lands on the ground with a loud thud.

Suddenly, I feel the ground slip from under me as the wind is knocked out of me as I'm tackled off the crates from behind.

I hit the ground hard. Pain shoots through my body. Each breath feels like a knife is being pushed slowly into my chest. The man who I assume to be Tenshi gets on top of me and begins to start fiercely laying into me with hooks. The pain from his blows jolts me back from my near unconscious state. I bring my hands up, trying to guard my head as I move my legs, bringing them up, wrapping them around his neck, and smashing his head into the floor.

I get up, trying to stumble away and get to my gun, but Tenshi is back up and begins to try and fight me, throwing punches at my head.

I begin to block and dodge his blows as his strikes are wild with no form. I move, swiveling and side-stepping his pathetic and predictable attacks. I twist my body to the left and land a precise hard right hook to his jaw as he stumbles backwards from the force of my attack.

I begin to unload a fury of blows on him, each one faster than the last. He can't keep up and is being pushed back. He tries to strike at my head, but I grab his hand and throw him over my shoulder, slamming him hard onto the ground as a sick crunch brings the dead room to life. Not giving him a chance to recollect himself, I stomp on his neck. I feel it give way under my boot, but I repeat the motion again and again and again until I see his eyes lose all emotion. No more fear, no more hate just nothing .

Move away from him and stumble my way through this maze as I try to get to an exit. I walk out of the building and am assaulted by a bright light. I see a lone man standing in front of a black van. He begins to move closer and closer until I can see his face.

It's a bald man in a black kimono. "Roshi-sama, what are you doing here?"

"You know very well why I am here, Akuma. You broke our rules and so must face the repercussions of your actions," he says as he throws down a sword in front of me. "Do it the honorable way."

"He wants me to commit seppuku," I begin to laugh for the first time in this night. I'm truly surprised he wants me to kill myself as if I'd ever do that. I quickly grab the sword and unsheathe it as I lunge at lightning speed at him, slicing through his torso. Blood splatters all over me. I gaze into his eyes and see fear, shock, and finally acceptance as the light begins to vanish from his eyes. Then suddenly, all hundreds of lights turn on as I see it. I am surrounded. All the men begin to move towards me.

So this is how I die then. Well, I refuse. I won't accept this death. Death can claim me once it's earned me. If I'm going down, I'm taking every one of these bastards with me. I move and slice the throat of the man closest to me before he can even pull out his gun, and I begin to move through the ranks of the men, cutting them down with ease. But I begin to move slower and slower. My blade feels heavier and heavier as gunshots begin to tear through my body.

My fingertips feel cold. My arms lose feeling as I can't even stand anymore. I fall to the ground, my head hitting the dirt as I feel myself lying on wet ground, my blood begins to stain the ground red.

So this is death, huh? It's a lot more terrifying than I thought it would be and a lot colder. My eyelids feel heavier and heavier as I feel myself slip free from this mortal coil.

The end.

How was this it's been a while since I have written anything let me know
