Chapitre 105: 'Lucas'

Tristan was dumbfounded as he stared at the details of the church. It was painted in bright white with a touch of gold on every edge. The double-door was designed with clear crystal tiles with a golden coated handle.

before you can reach the door, there were five-step stairs first. The stares were also tiled in the same color as the door. The steps weren't slippery so, it wasn't alarming and dangerous.

Tristan and Lauren entered the church and sat in the middle. The inside was as beautiful as it was on the outside.

Every corner of the church had pictures of Jesus. Parables and verses were on the walls. Some were hanged and some were engraved on a stone.

Lauren noticed Tristan's awe. "The church is beautiful, right?"

Tristan nodded. "Yes. It's different from the ones I went to."

Lauren faintly chuckled. "This is my favorite church. You know why?"

Tristan shook his head as a response. Lauren sat properly and looked at the altar in front. "Because the priest here is my son."
