"Shadow! Are you busy?" I asked, plopping down next to Shadow, who was sitting under a tree. "...Yes." Shadow said, glancing at me before turning away. "Are you avoiding me? You're not busy." I grouched, batting a paw at him. Shadow sighed. "You should be talking to Onyx instead."

"Ewwwwww, that (retracted)? why?" I said, wrinkling my snout. Shadow turned to me, surprised. "I, uhm… saw you talking…" Shadow said nervously. "You did? Did you hear what I was saying?" I asked, and Shadow shook his head. I held up a paw. "Then you should have, dude! If you spy, then spy all the way, alright? By the way, I have absolutely nothing, and I mean nothing to do with shadow." I said cheerfully, and Shadow looked at my paw. "What were you doing before this, Beeflight?"
Oops. My claws were stained with dirt. I quickly put my paw back down. "Uhm, nothing. By the way, I need to tell you something about Onyx…."
~ One explanation later ~
"What? really? I don't want to go back." Shadow huffed. "That's what I said too, but, uhm… You might have to tell him face-to-face…" I said, trailing off.
"I'll do that, then. Can we go right now?" Shadow asked, and I grinned.
